Chris Porter is a local with 30 years of involvement in the agriculture science and history of the central western area of NSW.

Chris is your personal contact to put together an excursion for your school or college group which is interesting, informing and complements your educational program

The central western region of NSW is a major contributor to the economy and has a wealth of history in agriculture and is a major tourism destination for international and Australian tourists, students and families. With attractions as diverse as the international motor racing circuit – Mount Panorama in Bathurst and History Hill gold mining at Hill End to Trunkey Creek Observatory etc

Chris can organise a customised excursion from group of 10 to 100 in the region, accommodation and catering can be included ant the relaxed Newhaven Park House in Bathurst / Georges plains which has easy access to the regions attractions and is around 2.5 hours from Sydney.

Attractions include: horticultural farms, vineyards, sheep, cattle and goat farming, observatories, manufacturing, gold mining, sale yards, etc. Chris can also organise local experts from veterinarians to agronimists to speak with your group at the tour site
